Travel Request page slowness and getting warning message randomly - i-expenses

Users are facing slowness in terms of Travel request -iexpenses. And also facing some random error pops up even though user fills all the required fields.

I was not able to reproduce the issue in any of the non-prod instance. and also, didn't face any slowness. Can I get inputs or suggestion on this.

Tried to replicate the issue in lower instance but couldn't get any solution for the issue. Kindly provide the input solution for this issue
