Resource Management - Add the same resource to a task inside a Workplan

Hi,

I would like to know if it’s possible to add the same resource twice within the same task. For example, I have a resource called "Consultant," and I need to estimate two consultants (40 hours each) for the same task. This way, the resource manager can assign two different employees to the planned resource allocation.

If this isn’t possible, how can the resource manager split a planned resource between two employees? For instance, if I allocate a Consultant for 80 hours in the workplan, how can I assign 40 hours to one employee and 40 hours to another?
