There was code that was introduced in HCM 9.2 PUM #50 to Support Preferred Names.
That code is causing a Page Inconsistent With Database (18/1) error when Saved.

What was the purpose of the Preferred Names patch?
Will removing this patch cause problems with saving or filing ACA forms?


The workaround for the Page Inconsistency error offered in (Doc ID 3070296.1)
does not match our setup. We do not have preferred names checked.
How should this Set up be change to use this workaround?
