Oracle EBS 12.2.14 installation

Hello community,

I'm a new to Oracle and I've been tasked with installation of Oracle EBS 12.2.14 on multinode environment with fresh database. I've ensured connectivity between the nodes, all prechecks have succedeed, I created users oraerp and applerp for the installation, changed the limits in oracle-ebs-server-R12-preinstall.conf and oracle-database-server-12cR2-preinstall.conf for oraerp and applerp respectively. The files are kept on the application node, as well as stage is built there, entire directory has been exported to the database server where as oraerp user I run rapidwiz and receive below error. I'm kinda lost what may be the issue here, please help.
