Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Did any one experience this?

See attached

we tried Ctrl C/-D - nothing happened

when you try to type to login - it give the characters etc..

customer can putty/mobaxterm to the ACSLS server with no issues

At the moment the server can't be rebooted.

Any advise?
