Can you query the approval string for pending job openings?

Our team would like to track how long each approver, in the JobOpening approval process, is taking from the time they are notified that they have a job opening to approve until they actually approve each opening.

Is it possible to query this information? I looked at several EAOW tables and I can see approval information, but I am not able to find a way to link them back to the pending job opening.

Any information you have to share would be appreciated. Thank you.
