How to Implement FLSA calculations for 9/80 Work Schedule using Elapsed Timesheets?
We have hundreds of employees on 9/80 work schedule working 44 hrs in Week1 (9,9,9,9,8) and 36 hours in Week 2 (9,9,9,9). Their work week ends mid-day on the Fri that they work. I understand that PeopleSoft does not have a direct way to do this and customizations are mandatory.
Has anyone implemented FLSA calculations for such 9/80 Work Schedules using Elapsed Timesheets in Time and Labor 9.2? Could you please let me know what configurations and customizations you had to make, please?
