Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

When create PO from PR, error occurred: "Unexpected error occurred during autocreate". when creating another document there is no error.

My Oracle Product version 12.0.0. I have read the instructions apply patch but there is no patch that matches this version.

Please help me this solution.
