ORDS + APEX - SEVER/WARNING errors in ORDS log

Oracle version — Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 Release 19.15.0.0.0 - Production
APEX version — APEX 23.2.2
ORDS version — 19.4.6

All installed on LINUX platforms.

Good morning all!
When using an inhouse built APEX application, users started complaining only yesterday that some report pages came up completely empty; after requesting a browser page refresh, the results did in the end appear. Application/APEX is in use for some time without issues.
When looking in the ORDS logfile generated, I observed a number of SEVERE or WARNING errors that seem to be correlated with user complaints discussed above.
Behaviour seems unpredictable, intermittent, not application/page related — and I can not find any Oracle DB/SQL errors in the generated logs.
