Archiving Media Object files from FTP location

Hello All,

We want to archive files from HTMLUPLOAD folder because we are facing diskspace issues.

We have Work Order or invoice or Purchase Order attachments like PDFs, MSGs, JPG, PNG etc files stored on this FTP location. As there is huge number of files stored in the FTP location it is difficult to find/fetch the files.
Also we cannot move the files to database because there are couple of custom UBEs hardcoded with the FTP name to fetch files from this location.

We are planning to Archive the physical files to Archive location and keep the records in F00165 table intact so that we can fetch the appropriate file name and information from this table.
