Handling samples and rejects

Hello,

We manufacture liquid products in bottles and vials.

During manufacturing process our quality folks take some samples out before the final finished product is produced. People on the manufacturing floor also visually inspect the product and if they see some issues they take out these products as 'Rejects'. This again happens before the finish product is produced. Both samples and rejects are not fixed quantities or percentages of the finish product.

I am curious to know if there's a good process in JDE to handle samples and rejects without Quality module.
