Benefits Life Events is Not Working

Some of our Life Events are working for employees under ESS; however, some are not working at all. For example, we have cloned and used our template for the Birth Life Event. The only pages that are working are the Welcome and Summary. When I click on Birth/adoption Date or Benefit Election Review only the Header changes and keeps the text from the Welcome page displayed. When I click on Summary it shows a summary, but now when I click on Birth/adoption Date or Benefit Election Review the headers change, but keeps the summary page information since it was the
