How browser scripts are executed or enabled after IP24.x versions

Hi

As per Doc ID 732026.1, the browser scripts architecture has been changed starting from version 20.8. Currently, we are using version 24.9. I do not see any records in the S_RR_APL_BSCPT table. In the latest version of Siebel, where are the browser scripts stored? How can we check if browser scripts are being generated or stored in tables? Additionally, how can we enable browser scripts at the table level?
