Media Object Retrieval - Send Message Extended

Dear All,

I am using send message extended system function for sending a notification, and at the same time, I am leveraging the media object name & media object key parameters to send the media object attachment along with the notification.

The attachment goes as part of the notification, however, while opening the attachment, it is returning an exception. Probably, it could be because of media objects getting stored in the database, but how can I include the attachment while sending a notification using this system function.

Do we need to change any settings, or is there any alternative for it. Kindly advise.
