BSSV Development client 9.2.7.1

Hi,

i;m trying to confirgure BSSV developemt client to build bssv pkgs.

1)i did installed Jdeveloper 12.2.1 using 64 bit JDK 1.8

2) local web is working introp.ini is configured correctly.

3)changed jde.ini (MTR stanza)

4)jdeveloper jdev.config file is correctly set (jde_home)

however still the my build is failed did i missed something?
