i m installing OBBRN from base and need to apply the patches upto lastest. i found patch

1.0, 3.0, 4.0 but remaining other rolled patches are missing

14.7.0.2.0, 14.7.0.4.0, 14.7.0.6.0 missing rolled patch. can i get the links to download these patches. and do i need to apply all these patches to make to upto latest one or i can directly go the latest patch and apply
