ACA Aggregate Reporting Question

We have 6 GREs that all have the same EIN. I was thinking that we could send all XML files to the IRS in one file (aggregate reporting) but I'm having trouble getting it to work. If they all have the same EIN do they have to be in one file or can they still be reported separately?
