Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ORA-28714

OCI_BATCH_ERRORS or OCI_RETURN_ROW_COUNT_ARRAY mode can only be specified for INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE or MERGE statement.

please can someone help ? !
