How to upgrade timezone in oracle 19c running on window

HI Champion and seniors

One of my Oracle 19c dataabse is running on windows environment. NOw I need to upgrade the timezone as the impdp is failing with timezone issue. The source is running on 34 and destination on 32. I tried to search proper documentation for windows environment but could not find one proper documentation related to windows environment timezone upgrade in Oracle 19c. This task is bit urgent as I have to compelte the upgrade over the weekend. Your kind co-operation will be highly appreciated.
