P4310 - Orders in Limbo - cannot be deleted or received

Hi,
I have some old orders that cannot be deleted or received. They are marked as canceled (strikethrough) but still appear as “Quantity to Receive” in P4310.
I followed the solution from E1:
43: Next Status Not Cancellable/Changeable (124T) at Purchase Order Entry (P4310) (Doc ID 2565072.1):
“Canceling a line by changing its status to 980/999, instead of using the row exit button for <cancel line>, will cause issues and leave the F41021 ‘On PO’ quantity. To fix this, run the Repost Open Purchase Orders (R43990) UBE, and protect the purchase order statuses to prevent this from happening in the future.”
