API for importing job hires from 3 rd party software

Hello,

We are looking for any help or any suggestions that someone has had success with taking in Job applicants /Hhires from a 3 rd party software.

We want to laod job offers from a 3 rd party vendor and we have mapped out the tables needed to be populated but tryign to find the best solution to complete this if it's API , java load etc.. We can't seem to find any peoplesoft documents on this other then it can be completed.
