When user trying to create a receipt in iProcurement, facing error

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

Error: Receipts cannot be created for the selected items because of one of the following reasons:

  • The transaction could not be completed successfully. Please contact the system administrator for assistance.

System version: EBS 12.2.9
I have checked the Metalink and found: Unable To Perform The Receiving Via iProcurement Due To Error "The Transaction Could Not Be Completed Successfully" (Doc ID 2221280.1)

But this isn't helping, can anyone please suggest an approach to find a solution or should I rise an Oracle SR.
