Dear Oracle Support,

I would like to confirm the officially supported Oracle Database versions for the following Siebel CRM releases:

  1. Siebel CRM 19.12 – What is the latest Oracle Database version that is officially supported?
  2. Siebel CRM 24.7 – What is the latest Oracle Database version that is officially supported?

Additionally, could you provide any relevant MOS documents or certification notes that list the compatible database versions for these Siebel CRM releases?
