'Update Existing Configurations' program regenerating huge amount of sourcing rule assignments

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

Hi All,

Oracle application being used is : 12.2.6

'Update Existing Configurations' concurrent program is scheduled to run every day. When observed, this program is regenerating huge amount of sourcing rule assignment data in mrp_sr_assignments table.

I can see there were 2.5 lakh records created in the table with yesterday's date as creation date.

Today, again 2.67 lakh records were created in the table with today's date as creation date.

It seems like the sourcing rule assignments are getting deleted and created again on most of the days.

The program is running with below parameters:

Items - All models

Has sourcing changed? - Yes
