Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. TR upgrade clarifications needed

Hello All,

Q1) Do we need to run both TL927001 and P96ATRC for every tools release upgrade?

Q2) If yes, Does above step needs to be done before planner special instructions or after?

Our scenario:

We are currently upgrading 2 instances.

From 9.2.6.1 to 9.2.9.1 —> As this is a big jump, is there any special tasks that we need to do for running special instruction?
From 9.2.8.1 to 9.2.9.1 —> This is simple TR upgrade and it has successfully completed. But we dont find the system user JDUPDATE anymore for webdeploy feature.

Kindly provide your thoughts on this.
