Need a query to identify modifiers applied on PO

We have a requirement to reprice a Purchase Order (PO) when there is a change in the price list. However, during the repricing process, we need to account for any modifiers that were previously applied to the PO.

Therefore, I need a query to retrieve the original modifier applied to the PO, if any, so that we can factor in the modifier amount while repricing.
