Upgrade from 9.2.5 to 9.2.9 and missing UDOs (formats, queries etc)

Hi folks

We have just upgraded TR and I have noticed that all our old 9.2.5 queries and formats are not in the 9.2.9 instance. Formats are on F952440 and Queries on F952430.

Is there a tool Oracle provide to do this. Some sort of export import feature? Is it just Web OMW only? Or do you move the older tables into your new system using SQL append magic

I know there used to be a UBE but that was for older TRs to convert the table source from one to another, (F98nn to F9524nn) R89952440 etc Are these applicable in 9.2.9?
