SQL_profile and Tunning Advisor

What would be the best recommendation regarding the use of the tuning advisor and the creation and use of sql_profile?

The thing is we have applied OLS in our main database on-premise, and for many queries the enable of OLS have coused issue in the performance of those queries. Using Tunning Advisor the more benefit we see is with the creating an sql_profile
