Can a garnishment be setup as a tiered amount?

Minnesota passed legislation starting April 1st for certain garnishments to be collected based on different levels of disposable earnings. For example if disposable earnings are less than or equal to the minimum wage x 80 hours they would be exempt from the garnishment, if disposable earnings are between 760.01 and 1140.00 then 10% of the disposable earnings can be garnished, if disposable earnings are between 1140.01 and 1520.00 then 15% of the disposable earnings can be garnished, and if disposable earnings are greater than 1520 .00 then 25% of the disposable earnings can be garnished.

Can this somehow be setup to calculate based on those amounts under one garnishment rule? Currently we are looking at manually watching calculated paychecks and adjusting the garnishment ID as needed, but I was hoping there was a better option. Do any other states have something similar?
