P4980 Routing Selection Green Checkmark

Hello all,

Anyone aware of what the cause would be that the greencheck mark at the top of the P4980 (When Row exiting from P4915) would appear for some shipments, but not others when they share the same shipment status/Freight Handling Code/MOT?

I think we had an erroneous update to a handful of shipments that are at a routing status of 9, but I am unable to select a new route. Routing options are displayed in the P4980, but I cannot double click them or see the greencheck mark after selecting the radio button.
