Requisition Workflow not retriggered for price/qty changes in the approved requisition.

Peoplesoft 9.2

Scenario -Requisition in Approved status, edited the requisition by reducing price or changing quantity. Workflow is not getting retriggered, still showing as approved after save and submit. Verified the roles, none of the CANCHANGEXXX roles are assigned to this role.

Current Set up in Req Change Options (Under Set up Financials/Business Unit Related/Purchasing/Purchasing Definition)

• Change Track Option -  A (Approved Requisitions)
• Change Template - Approved Requisitions
• Approval Framework Control - Toggled only Workflow Approval Required check box.

I have also tested by updating the setup by toggling the check box for 'Resubmit Workflow for Quantity or Price Decrease',
