Please provide API to identify ReceivableApplicationId

I checked the application method using soap webservice and below is my observations. Request your help on it: The response of Soap webservice for application does not contain ReceivableApplicationId in it. However, ReceivableApplicationId is used for unapplication of the same receipt. So could you please let me know how can we get this data(ReceivableApplicationId) through webservices?

I have referred below document but did not find my solution in it. Sample payload of CreateApplyReceipt (Doc ID 2587973.1)
