Questions about the database tde

I'm replicating from the original DB to the target DB using datapump in 19c database

But I'm using TDE in the original DB, so I'm trying to use the same TDE in the target DB

So I set up wallet_root and tde_configuration in the target DB

And I copied the tde in the original DB to the cp command and then I copied it towards the target DB

But I don't think tde is working well on the target DB side, what's the problem?
