Inventory Organization Setup for Procurement Activities

Hello,

My requirement is to create a new Organization within the same EBS instance with the below aspects:
1) Create purchase agreements
2) Create purchase requisitions using iProcurement
3) Convert PR to PO using Buyer Work Center (BWC)
4) Convert PR to RFQ for Sourcing
5) Create Work Confirmations by buyer or supplier
6) Create invoices

Existing buyers should not be able view above purchasing documents, we will create new responsibilities but should be redistricted to create and view purchasing documents within the new organization.

What are the steps I need to follow a new organization? Please note that HR, Inventory items and suppliers are shared from the existing organization.
