Autocreate Req to PO

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) 5 comments

Good day

A requisition number 20 was created from BPA number 10, we then autocreated PO 30 from the requisition 20. There is BPA 15 which has the same item at a lower price in the system. when the autocreation of the PO happened the PO(30) referenced BPA 15 with the lower price.

what could be the problem or reason behind that.
