Hi,

The mysql database is down in OEM, we get this:

"Unable to get metric ResponseTime from agent for target
myserver.yes.com oracle_omys_database, root cause: oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.MetricGetException: Communications link failureThe last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago.
The driver has not received any packets from the server"

Ports are open to/from OMS/target server on 1159 and 3872. What else can cause this?
