autoupgrade patching: two DBs, same Oracle Home, out of place -- create_home?

Testing autoupgrade with OOP patching for 19.25 → 19.26. If the server has one Oracle Home and two databases, it's not clear how to use "create_home". With two SIDs in the same CFG file, I can't specify the same source_home and target_home.

"Each target home must be unique to avoid conflicts."

Therefore, it sounds like using "create_home" separately is the option to use — not sure how the CFG files should look since I will have to run autoupgrade twice. I've watched all the videos and looked for an example of what each CFG file should look like, but I can't find any.
