I get below error while trying to uncheck depreciation flag for an asset in r12. Please help

APP-OFA-48338: You cannot perform this transaction on an asset whose normal life is completed but not yet fully reserved. Getting this error when trying to uncheck the depreciation flag for an asset. what to do?
