R31410 -Commitment processing - Location control

JDE E1 9.2 Tools - 9.2.6.3

We are looking for an option to run the JDE allocation program on partslist using R31410 and we want the system to commit inventory from locations that are set with a pickable flag '1' in P4100. Is there an option to control the type of location (pickable or not pickable) when the commitment is processed using R31410?

→ Commitment control in P3009 is set to "Soft, Hard when printing"

→ Commitment method is set to '3' (Using Lot Date) in Item Branch and commitment Date methos is set to '1' (Using Expiration Date)

Pls provide your inputs.
