Cant Enroll classes to shopping cart from Class Search and Enroll Fluid page through Manage Classes?

I am trying to enroll a student through the Manage Classes tile, and go to Class Search and Enroll and I when i search for a course it does not enroll me and redirects me to an empty page. what could be the problem?
