One Report processing time issues

Hello,

TR-9.2.5.6, AR-9.2, DB2 as400,

One of the custom report, the report takes extensive time (Approx 6 hours ) to get done in production environment. But same report gets done in Development DV and PY in 30 Minutes.

Can you please help me out to troubleshoot this timeline issues. What are the things to check and process to do that.
