Delaware Leave Plans Wages - OASDI Wage Bases That Include GTL

The Delaware state website indicates the base for calculating anything related to the new plans, specifically the wages used for EE/ER premiums, should be the same as OASDI wages. There is nothing mentioned in the release notes regarding OASDI Gross and No limit gross wages that include GTL. The only examples show 125 plans. There wasn't a Taxable Gross Definition delivered to handle GTL for the new Paid Benefit Taxable Gross. Currently the wage base for Delaware does not include the GTL. Employees will reach the OASDI limit before the Delaware wages will limit. The 2 wage bases will not
