ahfctl compliance

Oracle DB 19c upgraded to 19.26

Installed AHF

Trying to run "AHFCTL compliance", but it says my database is not running … I started it just before starting this command:

C:\Users\myuser\oracle.ahf\bin> ahfctl compliance
Access is denied.
Enter ORACLE_HOME for mydb : C:\Oracle\19c\mydb
Could not login to mydb using C:\Oracle\19c\mydb. Try again (2 attempts remaining)
Enter ORACLE_HOME for mydb : / as sysdba
.
Could not login to mydb using / as sysdba. Try again (1 attempts remaining)
Enter ORACLE_HOME for mydb :
Skipping database mydb
orachk is exiting as no database is running.
