Siebel- switch from local admin to domain account

Siebel is installed with local admin account 'appadmin' and now due to Organization security policy change we are asked to use domain account and not any local account. How can we switch from local admin account to domain account for Siebel server on Windows? is there any detail documentation around it? please advice
