AutoUpgrade NOT very automatic and intuitive, even at version 25.1.250212

I'll try not to make this a rant, but AutoUpgrade does not seem to work well even with the simplest patching configuration. I'm going back to manual, "in place" patching to see what happens in the next revision.

Single Oracle Home at 19.24. Trying to patch OOP to 19.26. Two databases running from this Oracle Home.

Problem #1: I couldn't create an OOP Oracle Home and run analyze/deploy. The solution was to use "-mode create_home" after spending hours trying to get it to work all at once.

Problem #2: I had to remove "system patches" ZIP files from the local patching directory, so I had to download just the DB and OJVM RUs. Found this in an Oracle Support note, but nowhere in the official AutoUpgrade documentation.
