JDE Scheduler Stopped working Randomly

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hello Folks,
We Performed tool release upgrade on 23rd Feb 2025 from 9.2.7.4 to 9.2.8.3.

Suddenly our scheduler stopped working on 4th march 6 AM EST. No logs are updated in scheduler kernel log after 6 AM EST.

What may be root cause.

I saw document (2949531.1) But its for 9.2.6 release, is there anything causing all TR after 9.2.6 release ?
how we can fix it? Please let us know.
