unable to print the BIP output after cloning the Ent Server

Hello,

We have cloned the Ent Server and after we are trying the BIP (XMLP) output it shows in WX status.

XMLP kernel shows below message in the logs. I compared the index also. I do not find any difference, also I generated the table and tried, but still the BIP output is not generating. Kindly what would be issue?
