Please provide solution as soon as possible.

Errors in file /u01/nautilus/app/diag/rdbms/nunprdqa/NUNPRDQA/trace/NUNPRDQA_smon_149587.trc:ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 22, block # 51458)
