ODA X7-2 HA : how to replace disk from 5 x 3.2 TB to 5 x 7.68 TB SSD

We have a disk capacity problem in our current Oracle ODA. 5x7.68 tb disks were purchased. Currently, the ODA image version is 18.3 and there are 5x3.2 tb disks on it. How can we replace these disks? We don't use 3.2tb disks. In order for ODA to see new 7.68 tb disk, the image version must be 19.x, so we will also reimage it. What should be the steps here?
