Schedule Health Check Unable to Complete

In OPC I am encountering an error where when attempting to run the Schedule Health Check I receive the below error. The Schedule Health Check was working yesterday.

I tried running on another project and it worked just fine.
I tried re-scheduling the project to another data date, still got the error.
I tried changing the settings of the Schedule Health Check slightly, still got the error.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
